Connecting, collaborating and having fun – the new digital normal

This workshop will present strategies for using virtual platforms in the second language classroom while going beyond the basics. It will address the question of promoting learner’s engagement in the online environment and enhance community building. We will also look at a few selected Apps like Miro, Gather Town and Jam Board, to show how games can be used to promote learning during and after these challenging times.
